Junior Fitness Squad is a safe and friendly environment for children to learn how to exercise and how to stay fit and active. We want to motivate children to like exercise, recognise a healthy lifestyle and maintain health all while having fun.
We believe fitness and healthy choices should be learnt from childhood. We want children to be aware of their health both physically and mentally and be able to make choices that have a positive impact on their wellbeing. We will endeavour to provide sessions that show and teach a fun and exciting way of exercising that children will respond to. Giving children the skills, knowledge and passion for fitness and additionally giving them an insight into nutrition that will educate them beyond childhood.
